Following a recent visit, I found the restaurant's food quality subpar and my overall dining experience unsatisfactory. While staff were courteous and professional, improvements to both the food and the restaurant itself are necessary.
What truly sets Q20 apart is its impeccable service. The staff anticipated my every need, from arranging transportation to offering recommendations for the best spots to explore in the city. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel like a cherished guest throughout my stay.
The property is located alongside the river. Location is good and overall ambience is great. Pool is also available for normal bathing. The food service is not upto the mark, but the food quality is good. Check in and check out was easy and quick. Outdoor seating is also available with good amount of space. There is a swing also available for river view.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend Quick20 Riverside Hotel for a wonderful stay!
